Do I need a referral?
Consultations are covered by OHIP and therefore we require a referral from your family physician.
If you do not have OHIP coverage or a family physician, call us to assess your situation.
How soon can I be seen?
Consultation appointments can be seen within two weeks of receiving the referral.
