We are working diligently to bring an integrative continuum of care for adults that require 

• Pre  and post surgical hip, shoulder, knee, or spine physical conditioning, pain management optimization  and mobility independence    
• Community management of the frail adult patient after prolonged hospitalization or a chronic illness
• Chronic Sports and Spine interventional Pain Management and regenerative medicine
• Integrative Senior Services for patients and healthcare associates

We will start accepting patients in the summer of 2025.
