Specialist consultations require a referral from an Ontario healthcare provider to be covered through OHIP.
Some Active Nexus services can be accessed directly without a physician referral. To request an evaluation, complete our contact form and an intake coordinator will reach out with next steps.
If you do not currently have a Family Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or referring Specialist, OHIP-funded services may not be available. Please contact our administrative team at (647) 951-5013 to discuss alternative low-cost options. Once your referral is received, our intake team will contact you regarding next steps.
Active Nexus Center provides timely access to specialized consultations and interventional procedures through a streamlined referral process. Initial consultations are conducted virtually; procedures are performed at our Richmond Hill satellite location.
